Any more news on the Ohio mass shooting

The media did the same thing for the KC Superbowl Parade shooting....when people pointed out that the media didn't release any details about the incident and said exactly what people have said here, they were called racists and other derogatory names...after details came out that proved the people correct, there were no apologies or retractions offered. You can tell just as much about what happened from the lack of information released by the media as if they gave you everything known about it.

Ok yea, but why not release details ASAP? What would they want to not say? Weird...I am glad somebody understands this stuff, really i do. You have the credentials, and I am very interested in what you think, so thnx!
 
I don't live that far from Akron and I can't find any news about it -- because it's Sunday and on Sunday we don't have the regular 6 o'clock local news programs because on Sundays the world stops for the sacred sports. It's all about a Canadian golf tournament right now.

Because the people involved do not fit the agenda that the media wants to put out. Why do you think nobody covers the 30-50 shootings that happen every weekend in Chicago? or Washington D.C.? or any other major city in America?

Just another one of those. Nothing new here, move on to something that gets your clicks. I'm beginning to understand why people are wanting a handgun for protection. It seems like everyone is armed.
 
It happened just after midnight at a street party, consisting of 19 to 33 year-olds. There's evidence it was a drive by shooting with return fire from the crowd. No suspects yet.

According to the gun violence tracker: 33,826 deaths and 64,089 injuries over the past year.

I just got through binge watching all 18 episodes of "Happy Valley," a really good British crime drama series. The main character is a female police officer and I never got used to watching her walk into dangerous situations with no gun. There's a scene where the bad guy is asking a mafia boss for a gun and he says he doesn't have any. So very weird to me.

What seems amazing to me is that 25 people were shot and only one died. It's been almost 24 hours and the four Akron hospitals and EMS squads have been able to keep 24 gun shot victims alive. They must be proud, and exhausted.

I have a hunch what kind of party it was and what kind of people were involved. Does anyone else have a hunch?
