I think I can design a better, cleaner, less expensive way to handle this task and accommodate men with poor vision & OR poor pressure.
My least favorite are the one's I have used in New Zealand where one stands on a stainless steel platform that is over a trough with running water and relieving your self onto a stainless steel wall directly in front of you that is a good distance away. All well and good if you have the pressure of a race horse and can hit the wall and if the gent to your left and right is careful and watches what he is doing. Have you noticed the huge marble urinals that seem to be in so many State and Federal Buildings. What a waste of tax payer money. They all seem to spray water onto the front of your trousers. Now try explaining that to others when you exit the Men's Room
I hope I am handling this delicate subject in good taste.
