What near future predictions do you have?

A surprise eruption in Yellowstone National Park on Tuesday has sent sightseers running for safety.

A collection of Biscuit Basin hot springs north of the famous Old Faithful Geyser erupted at around 10am local time, shooting steam, water, dark-coloured rock and dirt high into the sky.
"It just exploded and became like a black cloud that covered the sun."
"What we saw today was spectacular and definitely hazardous. But on the scale of what the Yellowstone system has done in the past, it was relatively small,"
Rumblings.

Californication ("gentrification") will crowd small businesses and affordable housing out of more and more corners of the world.

Breadlines ("food banks") will become more and more important to the average household. As people get hungrier, unrest becomes more common.

People will see a great figure forming in the sky, and will think that it's the 2nd coming of Christ. It will actually be George Washington. He will yell down at our country and say, "What have you morons done to my country? You had just one job! Keep freedom and democracy evolving!"

Fifty years from now seniors will be on some social platform and reflect how much better things were in the past and also will complain about the younger generation.

It seems like predictions are leaning toward doom and gloom. But you could make optimistic predictions.

Advances in medicine will help us live longer, healthier lives.

Regenerative agriculture and reforestation will improve the environment.

Growth of solar power, wind power and other environmentally friendly forms of energy will increase.

At 345 feet above sea level, Britton Hill in Florida is the highest elevation in the entire state. It is also the lowest elevation in the US that is above sea level. No wonder insurance companies are not willing to provide property insurance coverage down there.
