Our future Queen Catherine, has released an intimate family video taken to announce she has come to the end of her Chemotherapy treatment.

This is an absolute unknown for members of the working family to do anything so personal... and I think monarchy fans will love her for it..

I have to say I got a lump in my throat it's just such a lovely video...

Thank for sharing hollydolly.
It is a very moving video. So pleased to hear that she is better and I also hope she will stay well.
I have to say that she looks great for someone who went through a long grueling treatment.

she does doesn't she ?.. 9 months of Chemo is horrible... but she had the best doctors, the best after care, the most supporting family on her husbands side, and her own beloved mum dad, and siblings...

It makes a huge difference to people who get seriously ill if they can have all that help and support and peace of mind while they concentrate on getting better..

As all mothers know, the most terrifying things is to get a potentially terminal disease while our children are small.. so I hope that she's now through the other side, and can continue watching and raising her children to adulthood..and eventually become our Queen...

It's certainly a first for the Royal family, and shows just how much William and Catherine are modernising the whole Monarchy going forward.

This definitely wouldn't have been allowed if the Queen Mother had been alive. Her motto never complain never explain was how the RF live their public lives ( with 2 notable exceptions).... and our late Queen was always afraid of going against her mothers wishes, so it wasn't until the QM died that the Queen loosened up her public profile a little... for example her part in the Bond exclusive premier.. and her filming of Paddington bear.. but all these in her last few years of life... so sad she could have had a much more fun reign, if it hadn't have been for the Queen Mothers' out of date Victorian ways...

I'm sure if the Queen had been alive she would have been proud of her granddaughter-in - law...
 
Catherine is very classy lady. Hope all those who spread nastiness and lies about her health in the beginning are ashamed of themselves.
 
Firstly, holly, it's a nice change to see her being referred to by her correct title.
Prince William certainly made the right choice when he married her, she's a great asset to the royal family. Let us hope that her treatment has done its job.

yes It's highly irritating when she's referred in the media, as Kate Middleton, or Princess Kate... or worse..Duchess Kate
