I had a flat inspection on Wednesday

The agent took 36 photos of my small one bedroom flat.
Out of control, trying to justify her salary?
Final report -
Upon inspection it appears that the tenant is taking good care of the property. It was presented in a
satisfactory condition.
No action required by tenant or landlord.
 

That sounds like an invasion of privacy @Bretrick why did they need 36 photos when it’s quite oblivious in her words …..you take very good care of the rental property.

By the way …I heard WA is expecting a bit of a heat wave ….pleaseeeee don’t send it down to SA …:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: it will cook our newly formed tiny apricots

Oh my goodness, I kept thinking about why your flat tire had to be inspected. And then it dawned on me--Australia!

Who knows why Real Estate agents do what they do. Trying to make her job more important than it is?
No heat wave predicted here.
Temperatures have reached 27 a few times over the previous week.

Think we had one day where the weather forecasters said it was 21 but the wind was freezing so they much have taken the temps in a warm house ….17c today freezing wind / bit of rain , I went into city ( Adelaide) with jumper and a parka on so it was very cool

The wind certainly cools things down.
I see Hobart had snow down to sea level last night. ☃️

well I can tell you that as a Landlady.. our agent charged quite a bit for the house inspection every 6 months.. so they have to justify the price unfortunately,,
