Aww, thanks @Paco Dennis. I'm doing great, but I'm also on a political debate forum and it is getting pretty interesting as we get closer to the election. I've been spending more time there but I never forget my friends at SF!

Just got free portable air conditioner from BC Hydro to ameliorate the 600 plus seniors who died alone in heat dome in 2020 or 21. It is good but very poor installation job. Thousands of dollars spent and I get mine in the fall.
