@hollydolly I think I remember Jayne Torville. Torville & Dean? Ice dancers from the Olympics some years back?

Ugh. Thought I was done for the day. Then I went to the kitchen for something and saw that today's dishes didn't get washed. Tuff. They can wait until tomorrow.

Me too on the dishes, but I didn't add any more as I ordered in Slim Pickens chicken for supper !!!
 
Morning all folks!!! It is raining here this morning, will keep at
till around noon I think, 56F here, up to 65or so later....Plan to
do some phone calls today about my situation, may not get
anywhere for awhile, but may get the ball rolling...no other
big plans....catch u later on !!! ;):love::coffee:

It's been raining all morning. I'm torn between staying indoors all day or wrapping up and going for a walk. The thought of spending the afternoon on the sofa with a mug of hot chocolate and reading a book is very tempting although it would be much healthier to go for a walk.

On second thoughts!

I could sit on the exercise bike with my mug of chocolate AND watch Netflix. Active and lazy at the same time - Genius!!! :ROFLMAO:
 
My DGin-law will visit with My DGGS later today, They're about an hour away. She's a nurse and on nights right now, but she became so exhausted from lack of sleep, that she called out of work for last night and slept. So today, she's coming down and will also visit her mother-in-law here in town.

I can hardly wait.

Last pill today and feeling almost like myself:>)
Flash floods in town. Bank and post office can wait until tomorrow.
If I like it or not I will have to rummage under the kitchen island to find out what is hiding there. Then going through the box with the pots/pans which SO replaced recently. None of the pans have been used. I am a bit particular about pans but may have to start using some of the steele ones. Grrr.
 
Happy Monday, November 18th to all! Wow... mid-November already. How did that happen?

Had TGS from Sat morn through late Sun evening. He coughed a good deal during Saturday night's sleep (baby monitor told the tale) and was very clingy yesterday. Unsurprising that he's coming down with something:
Five days a week he goes to toddler care (pre-pre K), infant brother goes to a sitter whose team watches 6-8 little ones, DDIL works in a preschool classroom, and DS works for a company with a couple of hundred employees. Lots of germies floating around their worlds.

The above wouldn't be worth mentioning except I have a fully sedated colonoscopy scheduled for late this week. It'll be a no-go if I'm even slightly under the weather with a head cold, never mind something in the chest. Time will tell.
 
I lost my keys after coming home Saturday at 1pm. I didn't realize it until Sunday morning. I looked everywhere. Son had to come over to give me his keys which I can have copied, except for main one to whole bldg. I ordered that, it will cost me $20.

I am ashamed to say I had a big, huge fight with my son. I'm a nervous wreck. I'm tired of everything being my fault. I'm sorry that this may be true.
