Wow! She's absolutely lovely! 1958 was a great year, and I thought women dressed beautifully then-- much better than now. I will say that her husband looks like a Rabbi..

I thought the Beatnik era was really hip. Unfortunately by the time the Hippies got started, thigs went down hill quickly from there. And unfortunately some from that crowd went on to influence academia, the judiciary, and elected offices...

These post was about sharing what an creative lady has done to make her life fun and interesting. It inspired me to remember and appreciate a lot of good memories I have. That made me happy. Happiness helps me enjoy the day. So at least the post made someone happy.

I wish the Autos didn't have all the Electronic Wizardry / Nightmares on them.
Today after the snow my truck kept alerting me to stuff all around me. The
Gas Pumps had plastic bags on them. Out of gasoline anyone?

Videos are everywhere I look. I like the one where the guy's truck runs over his right leg.
My wife just told me that her cousin did that trying to start it VIA hot wires.

Our last car was a VW and they were a nightmare to drive on country roads. The anti-collision function had the habit of identifying overhanging branches, dips in the road or bushes as another person or vehicle and apply the brakes. On one occasion we had been to our friend's market garden and came away with two boxes of vegetables which we placed on the back seat. On passing a barn, the car suddenly slammed on the brakes and a shower of vegetables rained down on us.

I have read of people who live in rural areas having to swap VW's for other brands of car because of this autonomous braking problem.
