What have you bought recently?

I ordered a pair of sandals from Amazon. Spur of the moment because they were on sale and my size. Really, you can sell me almost any footwear if it’s my size, because it’s hard to find. I draw the line at stilettos.

Also ordered a new cover for my phone. I seriously must have spent 2 hours analyzing and reanalyzing a $20 purchase.
what size are you..or if you'd rather not say..are you very tall /small ?

A couple of days ago I bought a 10” All-Clad fry pan. I had the set and had replaced this size with a SS version, which I love for some things, not others. Found this in a Big Box clearance store. This was unused. Some of the pans hanging on the shelf are filthy from use. Probably returned to Costco. They take (almost) everything back and sell it in bulk to these resellers. I don’t know why they waste their shelf space with these disgusting items.
they don't do that here...

I have to turn in my Frugal Card because I p*ssed away $47 on books. And they aren't even hard cover

However, all three are Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum books, the next ones in the series, 28, 29 and 30. #28 starts right on the first page with Diesel. Diesel! Be still my heart! Oh. My.😋😋

Received yesterday, my new Libbey City Tumbler Glasses, 14.3-ounce, Set of 8.

Today I paid £400..+ , for 4 new tyres , and a brake hose repair..... and £30 for the MOT test.....

Then £90 on groceries in 2 supermarkets... M&S and Tesco....

In M&S I also got a new white blouse.. and a some emerald green joggers..which cost £40...

Then £30 in Fuel for the car

My wallet is begging for mercy....😩

I bought a Blue Diamond oven and broiler safe fry pan. Every once in a while I run across a recipe that calls for finishing in the oven. The latest I think was a sweet potato frittata which I probably wont try but it reminded me that I hadn't bought myself a Christmas present.

Your closets are bulging:) Emerald is your co?or! Enjoy! I just surprised SO with the fact that his fleece pants (which he has stacks of and only nice ones) fit me perfectly. They are even floor long!

Got a good price on a two-disc set of 1954's White Christmas after the new release. Includes the 2011 Blu-ray and the new 2024 UHD 4K restored from original VistaVision negative films.

Produced and distributed by Paramount Pictures, the film is notable for being the first to be released in VistaVision, a widescreen process developed by Paramount that entailed using twice the surface area of standard 35mm film; this large-area negative was also used to yield finer-grained standard-sized 35mm prints

I can't play or show UHD disks today, but this should be collectible and the future might justify the higher-resolution player and screen required. It was just a few bucks more than the 2011 disc alone.

I'm sure the 4K will look even more fantastic than the 2011 BD transfer.

I have a lot of things in Emerald Green.... I have Celtic colouring, so green suits me..... however the green joggers are on my legs so it matters not whether the colour suits

After much research I bought a new car as mine is 17 years old. Although both my Toyota and Honda were great cars Subaru is now at the top of the list according to Consumer Reports. I bought a Impreza which I really like.

SO must have Dillon on speed dial:) Every other day a mystery package.
Mumsy's calendar arrived.
SIL basically requested more PJs for her mother then complained when it was shipped to her mailbox instead of work. Go figure.

Last week, I bought a tilt bed trailer, an old Jeep Wrangler and a new pistol, none of which I needed very bad.
I need to try and go a month without buying anything more expensive than a chuck steak.

The pistol was a dire need. Once you put it in the safe with the others it will surprise you with that little 22 you always wanted. Just do not open it for a week or two. they do need privacy.
