We tried to go to Walmart this morning. Police cars blocking all entrances to the plaza. It was a bomb threat, apparently. I'm just glad we didn't go earlier.
Ah, well......
Ah, well......
You call EOD.In 1969, I was stationed at St. Albans Naval Hospital, in NYC. What made the hospital a point of irritation for anti- Vietnam War protesters was that was where most of the physicals for draftees in Queens, NYC took place. There wasn't a week that went by without a bomb threat. We'd get rousted out bed at 3 AM to look for a bomb. What the hell does a bomb look like?
One thing about placing a bomb in a Walmart, considering what the stores look like, how would you know if the bomb went off?
Sorry. EOD????You call EOD.
Explosive Ordnance DisposalSorry. EOD????
We never found any device. After the 15th bomb threat, we tended not to take them too seriously.Explosive Ordnance Disposal
