Where does God live?

well ya could have fooled me - I read hundreds of answers everyday?

Well its 11F out there now, its time to go out and pass some flatulence!
Salt is still melting the Snow. Tomorrow will be here soon and a better day
it may be.

An excellent question with more than one answer, or no answer at all.
He says, "Let there be Light," and he created Water, on the 2nd day he created the sky, the firmament,
is it obvious he lives in a dark closet with soft sides. ... :ROFLMAO: ...
-----------
God, Worship, the Earth. Light and Darkness, Water and Air / Firmament ? Good and Evil. "A very soft Closet."

Some of the Angles got Ticked and wanted better stuff.

When does anything become become real?

You're really hungry and someone sets a delicious looking and great smelling meal before you.

When and how does it become real?

I forget what was going on - on the 3 day of creation?
The wine was still sitting there on a large Kitchen Island, afloat ?

See, I can see that argument. BUT - I don't accept blind faith. I don't accept there's a God at all. Since Blind faith makes no sense to me, anything that branches from that logic is foundation less.
No need for blind faith

Plenty of proof in the book of Daniel

If you are sincere, this is a good read

its only real from the point of first contact until its dispersal which ever way you choose? but don't forget a good memory can carry that experience for years

So reality is whatever one remembers about something and must remain in that part of the brain whose job it is. That's a heavy load.

let's just pause and go along with the story that God does exist and created homo sapiens - read the book of Genesis [ that's a biblical book the first one in fact?}

Now fast forward to today and consider how this only planet we know with human life is doing?? - not so well heh - greed ; cheating ; wars; diseases etc etc [over fishing ; well you can put in the rest - not going too well heh? so I wonder about God and his plan where is it going or turning to next??

l don 't have a problem with believing God exists. l was trying to answer the question of how do we know. l obviously failed my attempt half way through.

Well if God created homo sapiens, as described in Genesis, then we have to throw the idea of evolution out the window, along with all the scientific evidence that strongly suggests that's how homo got here. Then one has to deal with the puzzle: Why would God create humans, and deliberately make it look like we evolved? Seems rather counterproductive to me.

Considering the great age of the universe, possibly much older that the estimate of 18.8 Billion years, There would be adequate time for this 'god' to iron out the flaws and create a pretty decent template for human life on Earth. Why go through the evolutionary process? In fact, why even bother with life at all?

bobcat and capt L - no one really knows the mind of God on this planet - that's what makes it all so damned exciting!!

Some (Including Descartes) have suggested that God lives in the Pineal gland. I wonder what happens when a person has to have a Pinealectomy. Is that an exorcism in reverse?
