Almost 73 which in Florida is the new 25 .

I mentioned in another forum that there is a guy in area I live in who is 92 if I recall , walks 2 miles every day .

This guy has some ----- and say this with respect as in summer some early ams its mid to HIGH 80s and humid yet out he is .

I suggested he get an exercise bike or treadmill in other words do it inside while watching tv with A/C on but he said no he liked his walks .

All kidding aside I have met people here in Miami which blew my mind .

One lady was in Hospice seven years ago she got up left and low and behold now you would never know it .

It is an inner fortitude you are born with as you do not get that from any Military , etc amazing people I have met .

Though I can be annoying as even give myself a headache I am very outgoing so meet people and the " tough bunch " all genuinely enjoy activities not exercise per-se but some type hobby .

Unfortunately I'm going to complain regardless of where I live but being a transplant like you and used to this weather though summers are brutal we have both noticed how those who left the snow/ice get a second wind sort of speak .
