Clowns give me the creeps!I have two daughters who can't manage clowns. I don't like them or dislike them, I find them oddly weird.
Did you ever see that cheap yet scary flick Killer Clowns From Outer Space ?I have two daughters who can't manage clowns. I don't like them or dislike them, I find them oddly weird.
It used to be free on Tubi and should be again but if you ever want to scare yourself ---Anything to do with exorcisms.
I didn't like Pet Semetary at all, so sI know what you mean. I knew I would never watch the sequel.1989's Pet Sematary
I watched it once, never again. Just freaked me out.
I found the first Pet Semetary very scary as that girl was terrifying .I didn't like Pet Semetary at all, so sI know what you mean. I knew I would never watch the sequel.
I couldn't watch Silence of the Lambs and stopped watching Kiil Bill way before midpoint. I also hate the excessive gore of many horror films these days, so don't watch them. I was never interested in movies like Saw and Halloween.
One of my daughters liked it as far as good movie , you did not ?"The Hours," 2002, starring Meryl Streep, Julianne Moore, and Nicole Kidman.
I do better watching scary movies than the ones about depression with miserable endings.
Remakes aren't often good but loved The Thing from the beginning with the '' dog '' to the end .Was exposed to much rude and crudeness in the military during war and have lived decades since in a quite culturally liberal region. Early in my twenties learned to avoid contamination with experiences I don't need in my being, as in I flow away. With the rise of secks porn in legal media, I learned, I didn't liked my emotional core jerked around by those playing that game. So no it isn't that I am too disturbed having to watch at least limited amounts of some of whatever but rather, don't need to be polluted with foulness. Also haven't spent my adult life regularly watching tv, much less movies. No cable tv in over 20 years. Have other interests to occupy my life with.
That said, I do enjoy science fiction, enjoy Star Trek and Stargate, and movies like Forbidden Planet, Alien, Predator, The Thing, and enjoy the shocks.

Isaksson and Bergman explored a number of themes in The Virgin Spring, questioning morals, vengeance, and religious beliefs. The rape scene was also subject to controversy and censorship in screenings in the United States.

I couldn't get past the first scene when the blood splattered on the snow. Since I knew all about the Holocaust I refused to watch it to its end.Schindlers List was the last holocaust movie I've seen, where I vowed never to watch another. I also cannot stand movies about slavery or domestic violence. I've done so much reading and viewing on these subjects I don't feel a need to learn anything more about them.
No. The acting was good, but it wasn't at all uplifting. One of my daughters liked it as far as good movie , you did not ?
Dog scene was great and though I do not speak Swedish , I read here he is yelling get away from the dog you idiot or something like that .This below scene I saw in a dark near empty theater was arguably the scariest movie scene I've ever experienced.

Lol but great sitcom though got weird when they introduced Mork from Mork and MindyI think the most disturbing thing I ever saw as a 10 year old boy was The Happy Days episode where Potsie sings Pump Up Your Blood in the classroom.
I read the book first. It was as bad as the movie. Maybe worse. It wrecked my sleep for at least a month, maybe two. The inevitable film came out less than a year after, and of course I had to see it. I went through the same sleepless nights all over again. Today it doesn't bother me at all. I can give it my full concentration without any ill effects. The Exorcist was too much for me. I never saw the whole thing.
I read the book first too. I just could not watch the movie. I haven't tried watching it in decades. Maybe I should try again. Who knows? It might seem funny to me now.I read the book first.
