It does look good, PD. I've been relying on Fleischmann's Quick Yeast. Once the ingredients and yeast (in warm water with a little sugar)) are mixed, I let the dough ball work for about 10 minutes. Then I stretch the dough on the pan. Not sure what a "yeast helper" is. ??@JBR Have u used "Rapid Rise" yeast helper on ure pizza crust. This looks pretty good?

Thank you GG, how kind. HD I'm afraid I wasn't very stoic today.Thinking about Llynn![]()
Llynn... lots of us put up get well wishes for you, I don't know if you saw them, but be sure we were all thinking about you yesterdayThank you GG, how kind. HD I'm afraid I wasn't very stoic today.
It was a long procedure and drawn out recovery. I had to wait in admitting for a long while before showtime and started trembling severely while in bed. I wasn't cold so it was likely anxiety. Thanks to a couple of happy pills, the nurses got me settled down.
After surgery, the doc talked with my Daughter and then left before I woke up. he didn't tell her much. I guess there isn't much to tell until the pathology report which is due April 4th.
Tonight, I feel like I went a few rounds with George Forman in his prime; plus my throat hurts.![]()

Maybe you and @Pepper should get together for that first (VERY) early first cuppa!Well here I am too early again woke at 3 am for P and then
could not drift back to sleep, may be due in part to warmth,
it is 70deg outside, and I had my lectric blanky on low....first
thing I did was fill hot pot for coffee and then did my nebulyzer
routine, then fill my coffee cup with COLD water for the instant
coffee!!!!! So this is how it begins!!!! TGIF>>>.>![]()

The good news is that my husband is on the mend. He still has a cough, which is hurting his back, but the cold/flu is much better. Yay!
I was feeling unwell last night, had to take some analgesics to sleep, and thought I was going to wake with a cold. But I didn't so freaking yay to that as well.
The usuals for me today.
Hope everyone is feeling good this day.
