It does look good, PD. I've been relying on Fleischmann's Quick Yeast. Once the ingredients and yeast (in warm water with a little sugar)) are mixed, I let the dough ball work for about 10 minutes. Then I stretch the dough on the pan. Not sure what a "yeast helper" is. ??

Thinking about Llynn🤗
Thank you GG, how kind. HD I'm afraid I wasn't very stoic today.

It was a long procedure and drawn out recovery. I had to wait in admitting for a long while before showtime and started trembling severely while in bed. I wasn't cold so it was likely anxiety. Thanks to a couple of happy pills, the nurses got me settled down.

After surgery, the doc talked with my Daughter and then left before I woke up. he didn't tell her much. I guess there isn't much to tell until the pathology report which is due April 4th.

Tonight, I feel like I went a few rounds with George Forman in his prime; plus my throat hurts. 🥊

Bad news at the dentist yesterday. Both Mrs. L and I need some old fillings replaced. It's not the dentistry that hurts, but the cost is pretty 'painful'. Still, as I've said, getting NHS treatment would be cheaper, but virtually impossible to find an NHS dentist. The whole health service is going this way, with more people paying for private treatment rather than waiting for months or years for minor treatment.

Weather is OK at present, but heavy rain forecast for later. We have to pick up some things in town, but we'll use the trip to dump some rubbish at the recycling centre and then maybe get a short trip to the beach.

Up again at two AM. Not complaining. Just don’t know what is going on with me. Had great night sleep which seems to be happening every other night but not two in row. My mind is so alert I can’t relax for sleep. Hope my day not shot.

Well here I am too early again woke at 3 am for P and then
could not drift back to sleep, may be due in part to warmth,
it is 70deg outside, and I had my lectric blanky on low....first
thing I did was fill hot pot for coffee and then did my nebulyzer
routine, then fill my coffee cup with COLD water for the instant
coffee!!!!! So this is how it begins!!!! TGIF>>>.>;)

Llynn... lots of us put up get well wishes for you, I don't know if you saw them, but be sure we were all thinking about you yesterday

I'm happy to see you've come out the other side, and are able to talk to us , despite feeling like you've been someone 's punchbag... hopefully that pain will ease off in the next few days...

Keep going Skipper.... you'll get through this , you're a tough cookie.... 🤗🤗🤗

Maybe you and @Pepper should get together for that first (VERY) early first cuppa! 😉

My only big news is that I saw a turkey, up close, in the woods yesterday!!! We used to have them all of the time, until some neighbors let their dogs run lose all day. Those people (and dogs) are gone....and the turkeys are back!!!!

There is a good chance that I will not be skating tomorrow....weather doesn't look good for a road trip. We'll decide in the morning.

Good Morning, Everyone 🤗 :coffee: 🌻

The good news is that my husband is on the mend. He still has a cough, which is hurting his back, but the cold/flu is much better. Yay! 🎉

I was feeling unwell last night, had to take some analgesics to sleep, and thought I was going to wake with a cold. But I didn't so freaking yay to that as well.

The usuals for me today.

Hope everyone is feeling good this day.

Taking things one day at a time.

Hubby started to get lawn mowers ready for the Summer.
Discovered lot of problems. with them.
Loaded one onto the trailer & off to tractor dealer ,, hopefully it can be fixed.

He said he didn't sleep well last night,,leg pain is keeping him awake.
Hope we get some answers about what is causing them,, April 1.

I made a few moves to start Spring House Cleaning,,yesterday.
Started in the upstairs rooms with the vacuum sweeper.

Thinking about wiping down the walls up there.
Most of room have paneling on them.

Anyone got Quick/Easy suggestions as to how to do them??

Today is overcast & I'm slow moving today.

You succeeded in getting me confused. Did you end up with coffee?

Can you use a swifter type cleaning tool on the walls?

Hopefully good news on April 1!

It is my intention to wash my bath linens and light clothes this morning (the second laundry run this week), so I'll be somewhat caught up. I'm going to make BBQ chicken to have with the what's left of the food I brought from the meeting last night, which will be tonight's dinner. I also have to clean the kitchen and bathroom floors using the Swiffer system. I'll probably wait until tomorrow to do the rest of the floors.

Having a strawberry/banana/blueberry smoothie. This little Ninja gadget I picked up at a yard sale last year sure was worth the $5! Rosie (vacuum) is rolling around gatherin the dirt & sand (a daily job with 5 doggos). I reckon I'd best get the laundry finished so I can help DH tomorrow. He put up a huge greenhouse and is trying to get it all going. Hopefully the pollen count is down then and I won't be sneezing my fool head off!

I wasn't outta the bed until 8, then moved around in a hurry so DD and I could go to the...guess where?...garden centers.

Five 2cu ft sacks of mulch for $10. Got ten.

And mona lavender available at the other center. Yay. They aren't very big yet, but who cares? Because they're small-ish they were cheap-ish at $8 each. The bigger ones were $16. I got six of the small-ish ones.

There's a potting table at Aldi for $40...just not at the Aldi where we shop. We were both too tired already to drive to the next closest Aldi so no potting table. But Aldi did have 10 liatris bulbs for $2.

Now I gotta get out there and plant the liatris bulbs and mona lavender. And do other stuff.

There's so much pollen that there are clouds of it blowing around. The count right now is 6345ppm. You read that right. 6345ppm. Gotta wonder who has the job of counting pollen...
