I was raised on tuna & wonder bread sandwiches. I like cod & halibut, but any fish has to be fresh, smell is my show stopper. My sons into shellfish, shrimp (ok if someone peels & prepares it for me). I can spend the day trying to chew clams, they seem to more bulky as you chew.Salmon has to be baked a certain way for me to like it. And even then, not often.
We have a variety here, just seems the Cuban & Mexican food is more..... more.Toronto is very ethnically diverse, so, it follows with food choices.
In our area, it's Asian (Japanese/Chinese/Korean), Middle Eastern, Mexican, Greek, Italian .. seek, and ye shall find.
