To me, happiness is a full tank of gas, and fridge full of food. You know things are trending upward when these two things occur.

No family, no grandkids, no cat, questionable health. No wonder finding happiness is a struggle but I do find it often enough.

Happiness is having a loving family and loyal, fun friends, a dish of ice cream while watching my favorite show, being at the ocean, listening to my favorite music and composing songs that I'm excited about.

Happiness is having my health and mobility, along with enough financial resources to not have to worry. Also my relationship with my hubby and my two cats. It's also about being retired and not having to answer to someone else.
