I was in a large retail clothes shop at the weekend and when I got to the last Aisle, my eyes nearly popped out of my head...the whole aisle was filled with Christmas trees, baubles, ornaments, santas', polar bears, candles, ice crystals, fake snow ..you name it, every thing you could want or not..for Christmas, and it's not even the end of September. We've not even got to halloween or Guy fawkes night yet...jeeez!!
 
Those other days don't matter as there is not the scale of money to made compared to Xmas...
 

Costco has their usual Christmas offerings out in all their splendor. Menards does too... only they have been considerate enough to hide it behind a curtain.. the Halloween decorations are in front.. Forget Thanksgiving.. We go right from Halloween to Christmas..

That is exactly how I feel. I was in some stores yesterday, and they had Christmas trees, etc. up already! Between that and the Christmas shows/movies already being shown on tv, I get sick and tired of it also. Long before Christmas gets here, I am just wanting it to be over. Call me Scrooge but they start it too early!!!!
