What are YOU listening to in 2025 ?

This singer turned actress may surprise those you who have seen her in movies. I used to listen to her music but this Ukraine folk song has stayed with me all these decades.

I never owned a Supertramp album. But when I married my wife, she owned Crime of the Century and one other of theirs. I listened to Crime and thought "how did she end up with a really good album?" (progressive rock).

I never saw her listen to it so she must've taken it from her house she grew up in not even knowing she had it. 😜

I listened to that many times also back then , along with Even In the Quietest Moments. My GF at the time and I were huge fans.

This came out the year my mother died. The message of the song matched what my father said about her dying...Not much you could do about it.
The song is forever a reminder of her passing and how all you can do is Let It Be.

McCartney and Lennon both lost their mothers by this time so I figured they knew what I was going through.
