Honestly who cares ? That's my opinion... this minor actress died before my sister was born and my sister is now 63 years old.... in fact my sister might be Marylin Monroe reincarnated lol

I have no idea why her name keep cropping up.. it's boring to me... .. she wasn't the first actress to have affairs with all sorts of public fgures or the first acress to die suspciously... but her name keep being bandied about over 6 decades after she died...
 
This is like the JFK assassination, we all know Lee Harvey Oswald didn't do it. How do we know? Some 62 years after the fact, there are still classified documents from that time, why? Our government still doesn't want the people to know who really perpetrated this horrendous atrocity. Ditto that for Marilyn Monroe. Just my 2 cents. :coffee: Don...

At least in the US, Marilyn Monroe was a cultural icon well before her death. Despite being a nine-year-old who paid zero attention to national news or movie stars, I clearly remember where I was when I heard she died.
 
Another click bait story. Nowhere in the article does it say the coroner said, "her death probably not from suicide". The article says, "It is impossible to rule out that Monroe had died by injection rather than by swallowing pills". Big difference.
 
I don't know if she killed herself or not, and probably never will, but I'd like to know. It wouldn't change my life. I'd just rather know a thing than not know it. But I have never missed a minute's sleep over the issue.
 
I do question the source of this material, based on one of the following articles in the publication saying that Buzz Aldrin admitted the moon landing was a fake.

I read a book about her long ago that said she was a bit OCD and had lots of cleanliness rituals that went beyond the norm. At the time of her death she had been doing a whole day of hot baths and colonics which can make one's ordinary medication twice as powerful. So he believed that she accidentally overdosed, not realizing how vulnerable she had made herself.

We never want our celebrities to die of the ordinary things the rest of us die from, so we tend to invent elaborate conspiracies. Princess Diana is a prime example. Her driver was speeding at night on wet streets, ( he had no reason to speed because they could have foiled the paparazzi simply by turning off the interior lights.) They had an accident, she wasn't wearing her seat belt. So she died, just like any of us would have done in the same circumstances.
 
When I worked in Dallas, I knew a private detective from Boston that hung around any congress member that would allow him to. I had a meeting in Dallas at a hotel and on the way out, I ran into an old friend who asked me to have a drink with him. We were sitting at the bar when I looked up and saw this man sitting at the end. I asked him what was he doing in Dallas. He said he was there working on the Kennedy case. This was around 1980. I asked what was he talking about, but got no answer. I remembered him telling me one time that he was a friend of a Kennedy.

My mom used to tell me quite often that just because someone says something doesn’t mean it’s true. Always ask the person making the statement “Where is your proof.” In the police business, we expect people to be truthful, but just the opposite occurs. We are lied to more often than told the truth when questioning a suspect. Sometimes, they can be very convincing with their lies. Then, we have to go out and get the proof that they lied to us. When they are faced with the facts, you can see them crawling into a hole. Stories can quickly change.
 
I would still like to have Christopher Walken tell the truth about what happened the night Natalie Wood drowned. I once heard a story that went like this. Natalie had an affair with Walken and her husband, Robert Wagner found out and took the opportunity onboard that night to drown her. I will say this that Walken never waived from his original story that Natalie tried to secure a dinghy tied to the back of the boat and fell in and drowned.

She was wearing her night clothes. Really? Walken said he was asleep at the time. If he was asleep how does he know what Natalie was doing? Why would she be trying to get the dinghy in her bed clothes? It’s known that Natalie couldn’t swim and for that reason, she was afraid of the water. There are too many unanswered questions and Wagner still remains a suspect.

Later, after this story was found to have holes in it, Wagner added that Natalie and he had a heated argument and she was preparing to take the dinghy and go to shore.

I would like to see Walken take a polygraph.
 
Natalie's death is a bigger mystery than Marilyn's, at least to me.
