Anybody have an Adirondack chair(s)?

Are 'they' comfortable?

I had one years ago, made out of some kind of composite material, not wood like the originals.

A lot of people say they're very comfortable, especially if you have the right cushions.

I didn't like mine as I found it hard to get out of.

Adirondack chairs have different names based on the cottage country you’re in. I knew them as Muskoka chairs.

As for comfort, no thanks. They look great on the dock or in photos. Again, no thanks.

Yes, too hard for DH to get in and out of so we got the higher ones and love them.

I did when I was young and lived on the OH/PA border. I thought it was comfortable back then but I’m not so sure I would think that now.

I love the look and they're great to lie back in and tan one's young beautiful body. These days I would be stuck in it until it got dark and they came looking for me.

yes I have them in the garden..I find them extremely uncomfortable tbh..very hard to get out of....

Sat in them a lot when younger and pretty comfortable. Now I would probably just fall asleep in one.
