What are YOU listening to in 2025 ?

I love all genres of music, but have a special love for the blues, especially Delta. I came across Lionel and immediately loved that he had his on style. What a unique talent. He mixes Delta and Chicago Blues, Spirituals, and a touch of jazz. He takes old classic blues riffs and makes them unique.

I may have seen him once at House of Blues in Chicago. He vaguely rings a bell as I listened to him. We went there as well as the old Vic Theater for smaller venues.

I just discovered this song and dance today because it was among YouTube Music's suggestions. I am fascinated! The first video has ony been up one year and has gotten 87 million views! Watching the dance school students performing the dance (second video) is fun. My favorites are the young lady with braids wearing the long sleeved orange and white top and the young man with the tan hooded robe.

I never heard of the song, artists or dance before today. I've listened to the song several times...has me dancing around the house! šŸ’ƒšŸ’ƒ I love that they've included cool seniors in their video.

I adore Keb Mo, his honey smooth voice is so easy on the ears
always checking out his name for new ones.

I first became aware of KebMo when I heard this song, which I think is a great track. Besides loving the music and arrangement, I love the story he tells. Back then you had to buy the album, which I did. But this is the only thing I listen to. BTW...didn't realize he has such a beautiful smile.

He was the guest on Daryl's House - Daryl Hall (of Hall & Oats) I think there are 7 episodes with Keb Mo. Very up front and close showing Keb's
personality and info on his music. I go back and watch these every so often. He is a beautiful man inside and out, total respect from me.
