I'm just about to get into my bed, I haven't the energy for swaying with Rita, I just want to get a good nights sleep, snoring is OK, the odd fart or two perhaps, and then wake totally refreshed to meet up with you all in the morning.

Good morning all of you clever, lovely people.

7 hours solid, I kid you not, I can't remember sleeping that long since Eve gave me and Adam an apple.
Do I feel refreshed?
No I don't, but I do feel like I need another 7 hours kip, so, instead, I'll just have to make do with a couple or 4 mugs of tea and a bucket of cornflakes to build up my energy.
