I'm not sure about that. I got it from FB group Tiny Houses. I noticed some they post are somewhat larger like that one. I just thought it was cool looking

Perhaps it's all relative?

Such as, compared to a large house, it's tiny;

While compared to my apartment, it's a mansion.

Then again, maybe different sources use differing factors, such as fewer of the traditional rooms, to define what is tiny.

Good points Kaila. If my memory serves me correctly, I think I read or saw that anything under 1,000 sq ft. is considered a small space. I think the home in question here may seem like it's big to me because it has three floors. I'd love to see the inside.
