When I yell and make a fuss they do but next day it’s back to neglect so starts all over again.

Are you able to contact your primary doctor? Or is there a doctor that comes to see you there at all? If so I would be telling someone.

Also if there's a house supervisor in that hospital I'd be contacting them. Part of their job is to see to it patients are properly cared for.

Have decided would rather be dead than permanently lose my independence. Have decided living in a facility is not worth it

I have contacted everyone and was ignored. Especially worried blood sugar levels are three to four hundred which I know interferes with surgical wound healing

I am on my last day of vacation. I could use another week. But at least I got this. I was informed yesterday of how things were going with my replacement. The place will be a pig sty when I return. Yay...

that seems to be a major issue in hospitals. i don't understand it frankly.
