What do YOU want for Christmas???

I need ideas. I told my son I wanted a pregnant mule. He was not amused. He will not give people gift cards or money because he thinks those are not meaningful. Also no charity contributions for the same reason.

I can't think of anything I need except an idea and to turn back time by about 5 decades.

How about red light therapy? It's the newest thing for health! 😊

Oh if someone insisted on giving me something expensive I'd want a vacuum cleaner for pet hair.
I have a corded Miele Cat & Dog... Cylinder Vac cleaner.. I've had it for years it's brilliant at vaccing up hair. I have long hair so it's needed in this house.. if you can get your hands on one I highly recommend it..

However..lately I've had to buy a Shark cordless vac because the Miele is just too heavy now for me to lift up and downstairs... and the Shark picks up hair but nowhere nearly as good as the Miele cat and dog..

So I looked it up, and here's what the people at Stanford say: Red light therapy: What the science says

Mind you, I've only glanced at search results, I haven't read the article above. But when something is claimed to improve cognition, dental pain, and reverse hair loss, I've got to wonder how that works, so I will read the article.

I would like to have my whole entire self totally improved -- who wouldn't! As long as it can't damage you in the process, risk your life, cost millions, etc.

I have a light therapy board.... it was recommended on here by a friend of the forum... to help with my OA in my knees.... never did anything..nothing !

It's a $15 tube of lip tint, but I really want it. If you're going to spend $15 on a tube of lip tint, Christmas is the time to do it. Or is that not a lot? I'm kind of out of the loop, having used mostly Lip Smackers for years now.

Depends a lot on his budget, if he is rich you could ask for a trip to <fill in your ideal destination>.

If he has a budget like my daughter...I told her I could use a couple new bathroom hand towels. In previous years I told her I'd like fuzzy bedtime socks (then I got too many and had to tell her no more socks, then I ran low and said socks could resume).

I already got it. A laptop that's replacing the 2002 model handed down from my college age daughter several years ago. 😒
I use my tablet for everything currently as its faster even after installing Windows 11.
Thank you Santa!
I've been thinking about getting a new computer. I bought mine in 2019 and it's still working fine.

I'm just not looking forward to making sure everything on it is on another hard drive, so I don't lose anything. I think I'm a hoarder vis-a-vis what's saved on my computer. At this point, some stuff is in the cloud, some is on one hard drive, and some is on another one, and I swear when it comes to handling any kind of files, I am missing the organization gene.

I hope when I die, Someone says, "One file-free afterlife coming right up!"

I saw a $25 tube of lipstick the other day, and I wanted two different colors. Then I came to my senses. A. I own lipsticks that I have never worn because I don't wear lipstick. B. In my right mind, I would not spend $25 on a tube of lipstick anyway.

So if you want the $15 tube, it's a bargain!

Right? And I do really want it. It's light such that it will be good for every day. :)

What about an Amazon wish list? :)

Battery operated warm clothing from top grade manufacturers. Boots, gloves, socks, pants, vests, etc.

I can manage with the clothing I have, but if someone wanted to gift me something tangible, these would work.

As I have gotten older, being cold 🥶 in fall and winter has become more commonplace.
