Thank you for listing the ingredients. I can’t see them on the bottle. The letters are too small for my vision to see.
Because this product has 4% Lidocaine in it along with a combination of menthol crystals, camphor, peppermint, eucalyptus, jojoba, and clove essential oils mixed, I can understand that it will in many cases of acute pain give “temporary relief.” The other products:
Menthol, camphor, peppermint, and eucalyptus act as
counter-irritants, creating cooling or warming sensations to distract from pain by blocking nerve signals, relaxing muscles, and increasing blood flow; while
jojoba oil acts as a
carrier or
emollient, helping to
moisturize the skin and
deliver these active ingredients deeper, providing soothing relief for muscle aches.
However, I don’t see it giving a long lasting relief to anyone with severe chronic pain, especially if the pain is debilitating due to damaged nerves. If anyone has a damaged nerve, they would suffer constantly, meaning around the clock. Doctors generally use an opiate to rid the pain of a sufferer in this condition.
Both products being shown here in the thread are probably able to lessen acute pain for an unknown time because each person is different from the other, so it may work for an hour plus on one person, but hours on another person.
I am not a doctor and never studied medicine, but I do understand some of the ingredients that are being used. I did do some investigating to aid me being able to predict the use of the products being used. Yes, I did use AI for some information. I enjoyed doing the research and thank you for the thread.
