My husbands lower back was still hurting him so the other day he was in Homehardware and saw this pain relief spray so got it. This morning’s his lower left hip was hurtng him so he sprayed some on and was pleasantly surprised that it worked so well. He instantly felt relief. I thought I’d share this with you cause Amazon sells it.

I hope you find it helpful. It’s a bit pricey but it works. My husband says he’s definitely getting more..

Today my husband went to Home Hardware and bought the larger spray bottle. The woman at the store says she doesn’t know what’s in it but says whenever she gets a migraine headache, she sprays some of this on her headache and the headache goes away in minutes.

For those of you in Canada, it’s much cheaper to get it through home hardware. It’s only $32 when purchased from there and considering how little you need, the bottle should last a very long time. I haven’t tried it yet cause I don’t haven’t any type of pain anywhere but when I do I’ll add a review here on this thread.

If we have muscle pain, ligament pain or any type of pain in tissue, there are lotions and ointments that may work. If the pain is in the nerves, our choices of remedies to relieve the pain are very limited. If the nerve is swollen, ice will usually help shrink the nerve, if the nerve lacks blood flow, heat may help. Getting pain in nerves under control is usually best to allow a neurologist take care of it.

I had a nerve in my spine injured about 15 years ago. The neurologist performed a nerve block, which helped significantly. Actually, I had it done twice. The second time did the trick.

Newest thing I have tried is Healthwise, Lidocaine Liquid roll on. Got it for my neck and shoulders. I had a really bad migraine on Thursday. I took that stuff parted my hair with my fingers and put it all over the scalp and forehead and it worked great! I got it from Amazon,

I have something in my gym bag specifically for muscle cramps. It is not commonly known. I'll dig it out tomorrow.

I also keep icy hot, max freeze, and some sort of cheap Walmart variant on hand.

I also use these for itches ... slap some stinky Walmart Menthol goo on the itch ... and it forgets that there's an itch.

I have 2 questions.

After the application is applied, how long does it last?
What is the ingredient in the application being used that stops the pain?

In the U.S., the FDA requires that all ingredients in any OTC pain reliever be listed on the package or the item.

I don’t know what ingredient is the one that stops the pain. See above ingredients.

For myself, it stopped the pain for hours. I’m not really sure how long it was. I kind of forgot about it once it felt better. I’m sure that has to do with individual pain tolerance.

Thank you for listing the ingredients. I can’t see them on the bottle. The letters are too small for my vision to see.

My big prob with these sprays is that my hand weakness will
not permit me to "spray" anything, so I have to be careful
what I purchase.
