What a Good Job We Intervened

No, it wasn't the first reason but we dressed it up with this reason to justify staying there after the initial war...

Oh my God, it's potentially about to get worse (I seem to remember saying that before somewhere here:confused: and it seems that is exactly what is happening) but seriously the probability is there as the America Administration and CIA prepares to give shoulder held rocket launchers capable of bringing down airplanes, to 'their' terrorists!

You know, America did this in Afghanistan (armed terrorists) and then those arms and that anger were turned against you and 3,000 innocents died. One would like to think that lessons are learned when bad things happen as a result of our actions. Apparently not.

'....But that’s nothing the CIA can’t fix. With the Pentagon now set to deploy US ground troops to Syria (and indeed they may already be there, operating near Latakia no less), Washington is reportedly bolstering the supply lines to “moderate” anti-regime forces at the urging of (guess who) the Saudis and Erdogan.
Incredibly, some of the weapons being passed out may be shoulder-fire man-portable air-defense systems, or Manpads, capable of hitting civilian aircraft. .......'

And this despite the fact that there is an effort among the various countries (France, the US, Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and the EU) in Vienna to figure this out! So as Lavyrov is sitting there with Kerry across the table from him, are the words 'serial liar' ringing in his ears?

Your anti-U.S. sentiment can always be counted on, it seems. I wouldn't contest the validity of these statements in general, but hearing the U.S.being constantly be regarded as nothing-but-evil just gets tiresome.
