I hadn't heard it before. Although I'm not a big Beatles fan, I sort of liked it. I looked it up and found it was never released as a single . . . at least not by the Beatles.

AI says it was a hit for Tommy James & The Shondells in 1966, but I listened to that one and it's not the same song.

It was put on the American version (by Capitol Records) of the Beatles album, Rubber Soul. Otherwise it would not have had an American release.
