National data base for American Muslims says Donald Trump.

If it becomes our law, then it is OK. Until the Supreme Court or Congress says no.

Hmmm. Some laws are not ok. Segregation was not ok long before it was abolished. Laws that prevent women having reasonable access to healthcare are not ok. Laws that permit law enforcement to abuse/kill unarmed people without being held accountable are not ok. Ultimately, it is up to the people to police the courts if their laws are unjust.

We have Obama care. Is there a clause in Obama care to prevent equal treatment of men and women? Our police to get challanged when they shoot people. Some get terminated, some get cleared, others have to go to court for a trial. Then it is up to the jury to make any judgements.

It is up to the people to take their concerns to their representative. If enough concern is developed then the Congress must make a decision. Many of our laws are local. City, county, state, or other jurisdiction allowed to make laws. If national laws the states must abide by them also.

This is true... and I think that people are gradually waking up to our inequality under the law.. It's very gradual.. but it's happening... just not quick enough.

No answer to my question.: We have Obama care. Is there a clause in Obama care to prevent equal treatment of men and women?

I hope so, women have different medical needs. but we are a little off topic. I lightly suggest you start a new thread if you are go this far off topic.

As do men have needs different from women.. Men get PSA tests.. and my need Prostate biopsies... possible Prostatectomies.. Vasectomies...

Women have paps and mammos.... give birth...... have hysterectomies..

Absolutely no reason for women to pay higher insurance premiums... and the ACA has stopped that practice as before, private insurance would charge women more.

No reason to start a new thread as with Obama care we all pay the same for the basics. I challenge what I think was a false statement.

I think that QuickSilver has provided a correct response.

The best place to challenge an error is at the source, not in another thread.

Thank you Shalimar.
