Good morning @Kaila and co. Been for a walk with Rocco, a much better day today, the wind has finally died down and the sun is shining.

Pleased your water therapy went well @Kaila. 🫂

Thought you might like to see the solar 'turtle' my grandson bought for me. I love it. The photo doesn't do it justice really, the colours are lovely. I should try and take a photo when it's lit up in the evening.

Good Afternoon, Kaila and Friends. 🤗 :coffee: 🌷

It's a good day, so far, following a night improved over the previous. To wit: I didn't have nightmares last night, but had instead a steamy dream. Hey, I'll take it.

I'm completely back on schedule now with my affirmations and meditations so, I expect my nervous system will be calming a bit over the coming days and weeks.

@Pam, I love your cheery solar turtle. :)

@CallMeKate, you're not alone; we've left our taxes late this year also. :/

@Kaila, hope you're doing well today and feeling alright. TAY 🥰

Most are Not wearing regular bathing suits in this small aquatic therapy pool.☺️

The physical therapists seem to be wearing a variety of types of athletic wear.
My suit is not a regular suit. It's easier to get changed in and out, and covers more;

So it's not a regular pool, and not regular suits..... and not regular pool swimming.

It's larger than those hot tub variations, though!
Enough space for 2 patients, each with 1 or 2 therapists, and doing movements in the water.
The therapists make sure you don't bump into the other patient or a therapist .☺️😄

It's very challenging work, but holds some possible benefits, that i want to try for.
Extremely exhausted. Still today.
Can't schedule things before or the day after!

I’m currently watching a Disney movie about swimming. It’s a true to life story about the first woman to successfully swim the English Channel. It was a fabulous movie.

Good morning @Kaila and all. Bit of a dull morning but not cold at least. I went into my yard to put out some rubbish and noticed that my camellia had flowered and there are another couple of buds about ready to bloom too. This is the first time in years that it has flowered. I had a quick google and it says this could be due to mild, frost free winter, which is exactly what we've had in my neck of the woods. Anyway, whatever the reason, I am very pleased. 😋

Nothing much planned for today other than a walk with Rocco. As it's half term I don't really need to have him (mum is a teacher so she's off work). However, I enjoy his company so I have him for a few hours rather than the whole day.

Yesterday I managed to sort a few items out for the charity shop, my youngest son collected them and will drop them off for me today.
Hope everyone is okay today. 🥕🥕

People come and go on a forum, Bill. Maybe she got tired of us. Maybe she decided to start up her own forum like she had before? Sorry to hear you're worried about her but sometimes people just need a break. Did you try messaging? Bottom line, she joined less than a year ago, so maybe it simply wasn't a good fit? Glad to see you posting here in Kaila's diary this morning and I hope you're having a good Wednesday.

These are the bulbs I think are tulips.. they're just peeping through so I should know very soon. :ROFLMAO:

I thought I had some crocus in tubs but obviously not. Crocuses were blooming in the park at the end of Feb/beginning of March so I'll have to remedy that and get some ready for next year. Also want some snowdrops.
