It's such a cute house. I love that color!

My boyfriend bought one last year to use as his workshop. I think it was $1500. and he had to pay more for it to be delivered. He also had to get a permit to have it on his property (NY state, you know).I like how people are using the shipping containers. If I have to replace my garden shed, I may look into getting one of these. There is a company about an hour south of me that has them for sale. I haven't looked into the prices, which would be the deciding factor, but it would be sturdy & low maintenance.
The one thing I read about covering them with dirt, is you have to be careful about the weight of the dirt. I am also curious about what they are doing about waterproofing to prevent any type of leakage or rust damage.

@katlupe, we are in a rural township area of Ohio & if it's for farm use we don't have to bother with permits.
