I remember doing that, but stopped after a mechanic friend told me it was a good way to wear out the clutch.That's great. I'd like to do that again. I was able, at one time, to coordinate the clutch and accelerator when I had to stop without even using the floor brake. It took some practice, but I wanted to prove I could do it.

When I was born the greatest US President in history was in office. His name was Franklin D. Roosevelt. He beat the Axis powers in WW 2. He served FOUR 4 year terms before dying in office in 1945.
