Do you know your waist measurement?

Feet get smaller or bigger depending on your weight. If you’ve gained a substantial amount of weight then your feet will be bigger as well. If you’ve gained lose weight your feet most certainly will shrink.
I haven't been able to get a pair of shoes or sneakers that fit in many years.. it's worse because I can't get anywhere in person and need to use mail-order from a variety of different sellers/merchants/etc. But they all seem to be between one and a half to two sizes larger than is printed on the bottoms!!!

Where are you buying your shoes from?
I’ve never in my entire life bought shoes that weren’t the size they were supposed to be.
Buy Sketchers walking shoes. They are very comfortable and will definitely be the size you order.

Note: I meant to say if you lose weight your feet will shrink.

Well, there have been more than a half-dozen instances.. the first was from JC Penney's, the only others I recall by name were Levi's and Dickies.

I'll check out Sketchers! Thanks for the info!!

I know mine. 🤫🤐😂

This thread reminded me of an old fashioned clothing store that catered to railroad workers, farmers, construction workers, etc…

It was owned and operated by two elderly brothers and their elderly sister, all bone thin, all confirmed bachelors.

When a customer asked for a certain size they would always size up the customer and pull the size the customer needed and not the size requested, they were rarely wrong. 😉🤭😂

My waist size is..........tiny.
I know my measurements, I would rather not say.
I have shrunk a lot in the last five years.

I wear draw string pants with an elastic band around them.
The pants need to have a thin band on them, the thick ones hurt me.

These are lounge pants, I have others in solid colors that I wear when I go out, they look more like regular pants.
I could wear these out if I was in a hurry.

I did the same when we had a retail outlet. Many parents had no idea what size their children were... I'd look at the kid, grab the correct size (we kept all stock behind the counter) and send them to the changing rooms.

The parents were often astonished that my first choice of size was nearly always perfect.
I'd smile and say, "I know, right? It's almost like I do this for a living..."

Well, 'nuts' shouldn't be permitted to do that kind of thing on this forum..

Nuts, said the queen, if I had them I'd be ... a squirrel.

Not proud of it but my weight has crept up to 200 lbs, height remains at 5' 11". I think I look a little pregnant but I'm sticking to my size 38 waist pants as the 40's tend to slip down.
