That's great, how you're so at peace with your dreams. Good for you.I dream every time I sleep, both good dreams and bad dreams. I don't try to analyze my dreams, I let them go.

That's sad.Haven't had a good nights sleep in several days. Between my insomnia and the dog next door... awake to the wee hours and then I have to get up and come to work. Makes me a bit on the grumpy side.
I did finally complain about the dog. Seems the owner works nights and leaves her doggie outside - poor thing barks NON STOP for hours. That can't be good for the dog either, right?
Thank you!!! There has been less barking the past few days, so that's a good thing. I actually fell asleep last night without tossing and turning for hours. That's sad.-Hope things get better for you and the dog.

Oh man.I might have gotten 2 1/2 hours sleep last night.
That’s it exactly. I’m so worked up about this procedure that I’m not sleeping properly.Oh man.
Just one more day and you're finished with this thing and can get back to good sleep!![]()
It's going to be fine. Really. And over before you know it.That’s it exactly. I’m so worked up about this procedure that I’m not sleeping properly.
I know that, as we get older, it can become more difficult to get enough sleep. I generally need about 9 - 9.5 hours to feel really good during the day. Some days I get enough sleep, others not so much.
Last night I did manage 9 hours in total, but it was interrupted by a 30 minute wake cycle from 05:00 to 05:30 and the next 2.5 hours was lighter than I'd like. Still, not a bad night, really.
How's everyone sleeping?
