I use OPI... nail colours....
When I first developed plantar fasciitis about a year ago, I bought the ladies version in a light grey/beige color. I was desperate for relief and luckily found it with these. It was like walking on a cloud.Regarding Skechers, I recently ordered 3 pairs off Amazon.
The other correct shoe was Skechers Brand...

Since I first posted about my recent shoe purchase and @hollydolly said that the Slip-Ons were preferable to the Slip-Ins, I have been wearing the Kisik (note: not the Skechers) Slip-Ons around the house and I must say I'm really feeling the difference in terms of comfort and maintaining balance. When I first developed plantar fasciitis about a year ago, I bought the ladies version in a light grey/beige color. While comfy, they're not cute enough for me to wear in public so I moved to the Skechers arch fit slip-on laced shoes. Equally padded and they better match my personal style.
I wear the beige ones when exercising and sometimes around the house if I'm not in (well-padded) slippers.
The plantar fasciitis was quite painful for at least 6 months with mornings being particularly bad. One foot continues to bother me. Not terrible, but enough that I continue wearing well-cushioned footwear at all times.
Me too @RobinWren. I tripped a couple of times. I know several people who also said the same thing. I am pretty sure mine were Go Walk.6 or 7 years ago I bought a pair of Skechers and found them very comfortable and light. Twice I tripped in them the second time going down hard, I threw them away. I went and looked at reviews and found this an issue with others. Whether I don’t pick up my feet? As my mum was always telling me who knows but I advise do your research. I wear Clark’s or reiker, when one is older we need comfort on our feet and sometimes we do not always get it right the first time.
The Paperwhite is the best kindle for reading apparently.. I 've had one for many years....I still prefer hardback books, but when my hands are hurting , or when I go on holiday the Kindle is an absolute God sendSo, always been a book person, but for the sake of my eyes and the sheer convenience of having so many books at my fingertips - I got a Kindle Paper White.

It's hard for me to see, so real books - unless I get large print are just something I've had to give up. Like you, I do prefer them! The Paperwhite is the best kindle for reading apparently.. yes I understand, and fortunately with the kindle you can enlarge the print....It's hard for me to see, so real books - unless I get large print are just something I've had to give up. Like you, I do prefer them!![]()

I have had probably 12 or more different pairs of Skechers.. almost everyone I know wears skechers..NO-ONE has tripped up because of the skechers..that's crazy!Happy to know that I might be correct in my assumptions.
When Skechers first came into being in the early 90s, they had very high soles. Loved them because they were very comfy gave me more height, but like most platform shoes they increased my trip-and-fall frequency so I had to stop wearing them.I have had probably 12 or more different pairs of Skechers.. almost everyone I know wears skechers..NO-ONE has tripped up because of the skechers..that's crazy!

I've never seen that style of skecher hereWhen Skechers first came into being in the early 90s, they had very high soles. Loved them because they were very comfy gave me more height, but like most platform shoes they increased my trip-and-fall frequency so I had to stop wearing them.
This may have been before they were available or popular in the UK.

That's too bad. I guess they're just not the shoes for you.6 or 7 years ago I bought a pair of Skechers and found them very comfortable and light. ...I'm the same as you, I buy from the skechers store, here and abroad. In Seville Spain I got skechers there in the skechers store for 1/2 the price they charge for them in the store here.. I was delighted. That's too bad. I guess they're just not the shoes for you.
I bought some charcoal skechers two years ago and love them
This year I bought a tan pair of the easy on type and love them more. I was at the Skechers outlet and they had BOGO 50% so I got a dark denim pair and a kind of off black dressier pair. I love them all.
Except many years ago when I fell off my platform-sole Skechers while carrying a large box up stairs backward..I have had probably 12 or more different pairs of Skechers.. almost everyone I know wears skechers..NO-ONE has tripped up because of the skechers..that's crazy!
