I had two bikes. A Suzuki 400 and a Kawasaki Ninja. The Suzuki I road half way across Canada and up through the mountains of British Columbia. I loved my bkes. My husband made me get rid of them cause it scared him too much so I gave my Ninji to my best friend. He still has it to this day.@PeppermintPatty Love that sharp bike you posted but you couldn't get me to ride on it.
I'm so sorry about your brother Patty. I can see why your husband made you get rid of your bikes. I like to see you safe and sound too. Though I admit the few times I was on the back of a bike it was sometimes a bit scary but so much fun. I hope you don't miss your bikes too much.My brother was killed in a motorcycle accident! The person riding with him was not .

I understand how your husband must've felt. Is the picture you posted one of your bikes? How generous of you to give it to your friend. Thanks Delia,
It’s probably good that I got rid of my bike. I was a bit of a speed demon. Screaming down a nicely paved road was one of my favourite things to do. I craved the rush I felt. It was only a matter of time when I’d be in an accident. I don’t miss it THAT much. If roles were reversed and it was my husband wanting to drive a motorcycle, I’d feel the same way. The difference being, he’s a very safe driver.
