@Georgiagranny , your day sounds so much like mine, just got back inside and sat down.
I did get to treated to breakfast out by my neighbor though. Re-stocked bird feeders,
put up another one for the neighbor and donated some feed to get her started.
Hubby better toss in a pizza cause this horse is down now. But it sure feels good to
exert that energy.

The legs of my jeans got rather wet in the rain today and I don’t mind. It’s not cold and we were desperate for the rain. I had an umbrella and rain jacket so that kept most of me dry. I was in and out of places. Feel like I accomplished lots.

Well I have had better days for sure,,,,,things went sideways when I spilt my
2nd cuppa this morning and then got worse....seems like I had Gran Mal Dropsitis today !!! Then started a spell of light headyness, so laid down
for a bit, no sleep, just lie there....then a few mins ago called for med refill,
but it was a med that I'd already filled, so didn't need it and had to call
the pharmacy back.....called the bank to chat about my acc't but could
not remember my account secret code number.......well it will be bedtime
soon, and so looking forward to it........nite all........

Have to run over and get my B12 shot at doc's, couple more quick
stops. Then home and maybe later mow the front yard before rain
comes back in this area for several days. Hopefully I am timing it right
as it's cloudy and cool this morning. Feeling fine though!

Three hours scrubbing mold off support beams under carport today (after 2 hours of the same yesterday). It entails constantly going up and down the ladder and using a smelly mixture of vinegar, baking soda, Borax, and dish soap. It's just something I have to do any year when we have several consecutive days of clouds and rain, which fortunately isn't every year. Two more days of work, or another 6 hours (?) should finish the job, if it doesn't finish me off first . . .

Take a day off or even a few days off, and then, have another go at it, Mack.

It's easier and better, and healthier, to prevent problems with body parts, than it is to wait for them to heal or improve, once we've pushed way too hard.

I feel sleepy today so I had one nap so far. I wish I could go down stairs and get my mail. It's too painful to do that right now. I am waiting for the leg pain to subside .

Like... my wife and I have been back together for a while now, but it still manages to baffle me.

For example, the washing up rack is currently being dried after being cleaned.

I tried to find the salad dressing, but it's no longer stored where it once was, and I couldn't find it.

I tried to clean up with Bleach, but couldn't find it.

The tea-towels I bought are just completely gone.

My wife spends more on cleaning products than I do on clothes.

I went to make a sandwich, and wanted a slice of cheese. I found half a slice, because my wife had been breaking bits off as she wanted it.

You could say, I'm still adjusting one year on.
