What Did You Have on Your Last Sandwich?

I've fallen into a pattern lately of having a sandwich for supper most nights, but it's usually the same. I want two slices of lunch meat (turkey or ham) with very thick slices of tomatoes and a lot of light Mayo on the bread; cheese puffs to go along with it. Two fat sugar cookies for dessert.

Most of my "sandwiches" are open face on Wasa MultiGrain Cripsbread, Multigrain crackers. Usually (homemade) hummus, sliced tomato, sliced cucumber, Romaine leaf and some nori seaweed sheets.
Sometimes peanut butter with or without jelly.
I used to make my own hummus. :) Chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, salt, cumin, garlic. That's all I can remember off the top. I'm sure yours is delicious, Star, as you know your way around the kitchen, well.

Today's sandwich was...

Thick white sliced bread (Warburton's Toastie)
Lashings of Lurpak
A full packet of Walker's Salt & Vinegar Crisps

Yumster! 😋
I had to look-up "Lashings of Lurpak."

"A culinary staple for toast lovers everywhere, the phrase "lashings of Lurpak" has become synonymous with generously slathering, melting, and savoring the iconic Danish butter."

Sounds amaze. 😊
