Don't look

I guess I thought there were more daring people here that would look even though I said "Don't look". I just wanted to have some fun. Thanks to those who dropped in!!

You must live out in the country with hedgehogs there, no? We have some possums, chipmunks, squirrels, and skunks around here at times. I live right on the lake, it's only about 2000 ft. away from me.

Its strange. But it doesn't quite work like that in the UK. More often than not, there is more wildlife in the urban outskirts of most towns than there is in the countryside. Foxes, squirrels, hedgehogs even badgers! It is a sad fact that at 71 years old. I have seen hundreds of badgers. But I have never ever seen a live one! Every single one was lying dead by the roadside!

And yes, the town where I live, which all the estate agents (realtors) still like to refer to as a village. Is in a most beautiful and unique position. To the east. agriculture, towns and cities. To the west. The Highlands. Nothing but a beautiful extended mountain range. Every mountain, named and every one, a unique shape. My nearest town. The city of Stirling is a beautiful town with a castle on a hill, right in the centre.

Yes, I see a lot of dead animals on the streets too unfortunately. It sounds like a beautiful place where you live!
