I've enjoyed watching Chopped too, also Alone, Naked and Afraid, nature shows, sitcoms....but not too many funny ones these days like Seinfeld, etc. I like to catch some stand up comedians too when I can, some of the tattoo shows can be interesting. What I never enjoyed watching was soap operas or talk shows like The View. I did like watching American Idol when it was on, and Dancing with the Stars back when the stars were identifiable. My husband always watches Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, etc.

I enjoy Chicago Fire, Grey's Anatomy, and I can't miss my soap Young and Restless. 🤗 A lot of shows are going into reruns, so that's when I go to Netflix.

Yes that is true so many are . I used to watch young and restless but I don't see it listed any where on the channels that we have but may go search for it elsewhere.. Leah

The only shows that are still on that I like are Law and Order SVU,Criminal Minds and NCIS. I always loved comedies but I haven't seen one I like in a very long time.

I liked Chopped, too.

I like mysteries and have a particular fondness for British mysteries like Poirot, Midsomer Murders, Foyle's War, etc. I get those on Acorn TV through my Roku. I've recently discovered Dr. Blake mysteries (Australian, I think) -- on Netflix. I got rid of cable because it was costing too much and not really anything to watch. I've gotten spoiled and now can't stand to watch anything with commercials. I watch historical documentaries, too.

I like watching old British sitcoms ("Britcoms") on Saturday night. I also like the PBS "Masterpiece" series on Sunday nights. I like the old 60's and 70's shows on the "retro" channels like MeTV, AntennaTV, RTV etc. I also like watching the NOVA science documentaries on PBS as well as some of the woodworking shows on PBS Create. My favorite woodworking show is The Woodwright's Shop with Roy Underhill. And of course, I never miss Meet The Press on NBC every Sunday morning.

Fortunately for me, I get all that stuff over my antenna for free so, no cable bill.

I would suggest "Face The Nation" over Meet the Press. That biased Chuck Todd is just a corporate puppet for sensationalism, stirring the pot, manipulative deceptions, etc. He annoys the heck out of me. Your avatar is brilliantly stated btw, Victor...quite funny with a poignant touch of reality :D

I also like to catch Antiques Roadshow when I can, always fun to watch the surprised look on the people faces when they realize something they bought or $10 is now worth $10,000.....I wish I could be so lucky! :D

I love documentaries. Most of Ken Burns stuff. Favorite show-Perry Mason. Cartoons- American Dad. Some afternoons, Spongebob Squarepants has a more believable plot than Bones. I watch a lot of TV and it's hard to find a non-murder TV show. By the 4th or 5th murder show, you know to bag the hands for the lab to find DNA and lets run the vic's sheet for priors.

Travel, documentaries, movies from the 30s and 40s. I dislike dramas set in NY or LA, there is a whole big nation out there that offers more variety.

I have so much to watch right now with so many options between cable & streaming. But my favorite shows are Hawaii Five-0, The Flash, Supergirl, Scandal, Lucifer, Lethal Weapon, Rizzoli & Isles and are Grimm, which just had it's series finale. I love Sleepy Hollow which I suspect will not be renewed. I also enjoy Grey's Anatomy, Scorpion, This Is Us, Rosewood, Star and I've somewhat binged watched The Librarians (TNT) via Hulu. I'm waiting for the return of Zoo this summer. If you have Netflix I highly recommend Luke Cage, Granite Flats and Stranger Things. If you don't have Netflix, I believe they are still running their free one month trial. I have about 48 series I'm watching or intending to start watching.

Lately I have been on HULU binge watching the first 5 seasons of Alaska:the Last Frontier. It is about the Kilcher Family who homesteads in Alaska, not far outside of Homer. They are pretty self sufficient. There are two elder Kilchers, and two sons with their wives. The elder Kilchers father got the land under the Homestead act, where folks got acerage at a good rate, so long as they stayed. Good show. One of the Kilcher's Otto is the father of the singer Jewel. If you have ever watched the show, Otto and Jewel sing the theme.

Any of the Chicago shows (Law, Police Fire), Bravo channel, HGTV, Food Network and as an old stand by (to flip over to when there's a commercial), Big Bang Theory.

I kind of like off beat shows like Better Call Saul and Fargo. On Amazon Prime I like Bosch. On free TV(antenna) I watch Blue Bloods. Many more but those come to mind at the moment.

Too many to list............and now with the available streaming options, we can go all the way back to our childhood and watch the Ed Sullivan show, Ozzie and Hariett and My three brothers. But our current favorites are Madam Secretary, Blacklist, The Voice and Golf Channel's the Feherty Show. But we will drop anything for a show set in Scotland or Ireland. Just binge-watched The Shetlands on Netflix, can't beat a good British murder mystery.

Have you tried Acorn TV? It's only 5.99 a month to stream and it is all British stuff. I really love it. I love those British murder mysteries, too.

College Football in the fall. The rest of the time it doesn't matter - I just have it on for noise.
