According to what I just read on Fox News an Iraq ISIS terrorist was at the wrong place at the wrong time.

A Canadian sniper from their elite 'Joint Task Force 2' successfully terminated a ISIS terrorist from a new world record distance of 2.2 miles......apparently, currently three of the five longest record sniper kills have been made by Canada's Joint Task Force 2 snipers.

That's quite a shot....it takes about 10 seconds for the bullet to travel that far, and even the earth's rotation has to be taken into consideration. I feel pretty good when I can hit a target 100 yards away, consistently.
