She sounds like a good candidate for this years "Darwin's Awards". Animal Abuse also sounds appropriate...a good chance of the horse being killed or badly injured if she swerved into traffic.

I agree Don, just stressing the horse out like that is abuse....plus she endangered others on the highway, definitely major brain fog. :cheers1:
