Are You A Side, Back or Stomach Sleeper?

I'm definitely a side-sleeper. I usually start out on my back to relax, but then turn on my side to sleep. I normally sleep on my left side, facing outward on the bed. How about you, side, back or stomach?

Fall asleep more often in the seated position at the keyboard than in bed. Only go to sleep once or twice in bed, but do up to 5 nod offs at the keyboard a day so how do we score that?

Started out curled up on left side, then around 30 changed to right side. Now propped half sitting up a bit as there is no other position I'd ever get up again from. Laying flat or sideways are long past options. siiiiigh.

Right side, then left side, then I fall asleep on my back. All the while I must have my feet sticking out. If they're not, I can't fall asleep. I also have 2 down feather pillows. One for under & one for over my head (hubby snores). I'm usually on my right side when I wake up.:eek:fftobed:

I'm not really a snorer, but I find that if I do fall asleep on my back, I can tend to snore and wake myself up. Lol, one pillow for over your head, I love it!! :hair: I use a normal shaped memory foam pillow, it's the one my cat likes the best, since we share and all.:) When I was younger, I'd sleep on my stomach sometimes, but I heard that wasn't good for your heart, too much pressure...plus harder on the neck to turn the head sideways.

I am a revolving sleeper never staying in the same position for long. That used to drive my husband crazy in the days when we used to share a bed.

Left ,back and right side all night.Sleep on on side till I can't stand the back / leg pain
Cant stand even a sheet on my feet so allways out

Sleep with pillow under my legs sometimes

I have had a digestive disorder for all of adult life. I found out a long time ago that if I sleep on my stomach, it feels a lot better. I am amazed that people can sleep on their back.

I lay on my back listening to music for a while. Turn over on my right side, till my down pillows accept me, then turn over over on the left side, stick a foot and leg out, and go to sleep. It's a process or a habit or whatever. I'm a side sleeper, but it takes a few minutes.

I've always been a side sleeper. After my knee surgery in 2004,for a couple of weeks I couldn't sleep on my side, slept on my back until the swelling subsided. When I take my afternoon naps,I doze on my back

Depends on how the aches and pains are doing. I am definately sleeping more on my back. But I am such a restless sleeper I never know what position I will be in when I wake up in the morning/
