Had a testosterone test performed at the doc's recently...[searching for reasons of no energy basically]

the office just called and said that it was slightly low? 38.4 [35-105] is the scale range. Somewhere in the middle is the desired number.

No I do not desire to be the next hot Latin lover...:) I'm German...I'm just fed up with this "get up & go / got up & went"...feeling all the time.

Have any of the men here tried Andro-400 , Ugenics or any of the others ?.......Opinions ?

My damn doc seems to be nothing more than a traffic cop...go here for that & there for this, etc. I'm just not interested in yet another doc...as he has suggested once again.

Thought I might try OTC first...go from there ?

Thanks in advance.........

I remember someone on another forum mentioning good results with this product regarding libido and performance, not sure about added energy or anything. It can be bought in stores or online vitamin companies, their site is here.

Thank you...they list one on their site designated for energy...think I'll read a bit more about it...likely give it a try. It sounds safe enough. No chemicals, all natural.

What type of Testosterone test are they doing rgp? Any Testosterone charts I've ever seen list acceptable levels in an adult male to be from about 270-1100 nanograms per litre.

Just remember, you cannot get actual testosterone replacements legally without a prescription. Most, if not all of these testosterone "boosters" on the market are a scam and do absolutely nothing to raise testosterone levels. Some may give you an energy boost because of their ingredients, but they will not raise your testosterone levels.

I don't know..Jim...They only mentioned what I said , I was not aware that there are different scales? Regarding your scale ? I'm not even close @ 34.8 . The docs office is supposed to call again, as I voiced reluctance in seeing yet another doctor, and asked them for OTC advise. The girl that called of course had no suggestions .

I admit that i have not researched the OTC products...till now [just starting] Due to the fact that I never felt any symptom. And at this time low energy is my only symptom. When they call back, I intend to ask if, @ this close [but low] reading, can I schedule for just a vitamin "B" shot.

As I said libido etc, isn't a concern for me as i am not married, and my days of chasin' skirts are long gone....:)

Thanks for your input.

Please let me know what they say regarding the levels they are referring to. You might be better off getting the vitamin b shot or something else the doc can give you to help boost your energy. Do you exercise at all? Sometimes just walking briskly once or twice a day for 30mins can help boost your energy levels.

Good Luck!

No,...arthritis has ended my walking...something I used to do on a regular basis. So I switched to just rowing , and moderate weight training for exercise. But lately I can't even get up the steam to do that.

I just did ask the docs office about a vitamin B shot....but of course she has to call me back.
