Please put down your thoughts on your air dryer.
I agree, RR... gimme the grease!!That said, I do own an air "fryer" and I like it. It doesn't actually fry anything but is a small version of a convection oven. It really makes great pork chops, hot wings, and reheats stuff without heating up the kitchen. I make fries in it occasionally but I spritz them with a bit of olive oil. One downside is that they take up a lot of kitchen real estate and can be difficult to store.

I assume the air "frying" does not remove the natural juices from the meats, correct?
Like any other style of cooking, if you overcook then the meat will dry out. Timing is everything.![]()
I think they might be great for anyone that doesn't have a deep fryer.
I am going to give it a try.
