What is wrong with calling a TOILET a TOILET?

If you are among the social elite you refer to it as the throne of duty. If you re a regular person you refer to it as the dumpster (and feel free to make a bunch of noise while you are in there).

I don't even like SAYING the word toilet

It sounds dirty. I only say it if I'm talking to a plumber.

I don't like it either. I say bathroom and what I do in there is my business. Never felt the need to announce what I a doing in there!

When I was in a restaurant in England, I asked several employees where the rest room was. They looked totally bewildered. I finally shouted, "The toilet!" and they laughed and answered immediately. Apparently that word has its uses at times.
