Me, too. I don't have a specific day anymore, though. It was Monday for most of my life, because that's the day my mother always did it. Her mother/stepmother probably always did it on Mondays, too. I guess because it always used to be washday.

Never worry about it. If the sheets start moving on their own, we figure it's about time to change them. Probably works out to every two to three weeks.
