WHAT IS IT? for $200, Alex. Uh . . . what is . . . a thing . . . that rolls stuff up . . . like, ya hook twine around those little hooks and turn the knob and create yerself a nice ball o' twine???

(my head hurts.)
 
It's a spring winder - maybe a portable one..... :D
