I eat broclli, blueberries, tart cherries, nuts, fish, olive oil. Not every day but if I think about it I try to every day. I can't say for certain why it happened but my knee and hip pain have all but disappeared. I take a few supplements daily as well but my guess is the food is doing more. My knee pain got pretty serious so I am hoping this regiments is the cause of it ceasing.
